Open Minds Centre Cancellation Policy for Trainings / Specialist Workshops

Cancellation must be made in writing by email to info@openmindscentre.ie

• All Deposits paid to secure a place on a training are non-refundable
• Cancellations made 8 weeks or more prior to a training will be fully refunded (excluding deposits)
• Cancellations made 4 – 8 weeks prior to a training will be 50% refunded
• Cancellation made 4 weeks or less prior to a training will not be refunded. Non-attendance without notification forfeits the fee.
• If, in the unlikely event, Open Minds Centre have to cancel / reschedule a training / specialist workshop, you will be refunded payment in full of all fees paid and will be notified of an alternative date.

Open Minds Centre reserves the right to refuse someone entry to the training where

• The attendee has not met the entry criteria for the training
• It is felt that a person’s presence might impact negatively on the group dynamics or the safety within the group or the quality of the training itself
• Payment in full has not been received in advance of the training by payment deadline
