OMC operates a Concessions Assistance Scheme for students and those who currently find themselves unemployed and their current financial circumstances prevent them from accessing therapy. To make application and find out further details please submit your details on the contact page.

OMC Cancellation Policy

A cancelled appointment or no show delays client work. If you must cancel your scheduled appointment 48 hours notice is required. If you are unable to give 48 hours notice when you cancel you will be charged the full fee to cover the cost of the session. This fee will be waived in the circumstances of a serious illness or emergency. If 48 hours or more notice of cancellation of an appointment is given – there is no charge. We collect user emails and phone numbers as part of the Contact Us section and the online appointment booking facility. We do not sell or trade the collected information. This information is solely used to make contact with clients for the purposes of arranging an initial consultation or follow-up. We may, occasionally, email our clients, through the collected information, to collect feedback on the service.

The personal data collected is not stored on servers. It is emailed directly to our email addresses and is secured through encryption provided by Office 365 to protect your privacy. If you have any further questions or concerns about online data protection, please contact us by phone.


At your initial consultation & assessment you will be asked to complete an OMC Registration Form that will be used to keep a record of all personal information required to proceed with therapy. All information on the OMC Registration Form is confidential and will be treated by OMC in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1988 and 2003 and subsequent amendments.
