Johnny Moran H.Dip, MA, is an Integrative Psychotherapist and accredited member of IAHIP (Irish Association of Humanistic & Integrative Psychotherapy), ICP and EMDR Levels 1,2 & 3. Johnny is also a certified Hypnotherapist and certified Instructor with NGH (National Guild of Hypnotists).
Monica’s passion is to support people, either individually or in a team, to identify their issues or blocks and assist them in navigating their own unique path in an empowered and creative way.
Monica is an experienced and established psychotherapist, supervisor and trainer who works with individuals and groups. Her passion is to support people, either individually or in a team, to identify their issues or blocks and assist them in navigating their own unique path in an empowered and creative way.
Monica’s background has been in the caring professions as a social worker both in voluntary and in statutory settings in the field of mental health. Her subsequent trainings in psychotherapy developed her skills in listening and communication and how to support people through issues in a real and meaningful way.
She has been in practice for fifteen years and maintains her own private psychotherapy practice and provides short term counselling to employees in a variety of settings. She provides training in the work place on a variety of areas such as stress management, coping with change, critical incident de briefing and building resilience.
Her training is characterized by the wealth of experience she draws from and the flexibility to steer her inputs to the particular needs of the client. She is known for her clarity of thinking and ability to get to the essence of an issue whilst maintaining a warm supportive relationship.
She loves to bring humour and creativity to her work and believes that we are more likely to learn and change in a relaxed and supportive environment.
She is a former tutor in Turning Point Training Institute for psychotherapists and currently enjoys her individual client work as well as her teaching and training work for Open Minds.ie. She is a recent graduate of Common Purpose Leadership Programme and since graduating three years ago, has been invited to serve as a Learning Group facilitator for participants in senior leadership positions to maximize their learning around their leadership challenges in their work places.
Monica is an experienced trainer and group worker and is known for her ability to engage participants and both support and challenge participants in a way that inspires and motivates.

Damien is a Registered (Senior) Psychologist, Psychotherapist, Clinical Supervisor, EAP Consultant and Academic with twenty eight years’ experience in the EAP field, twenty six working with the EAP for the Irish government and received the ‘Minister’s Award’ for his contribution to innovative health and safety projects at work.
Since 1986 and has trained in a vast range of EAP and Psychology related areas and currently owns a private practice (Phoenix Consultants) where he provides a range of one-to-one and organisational services.

Niamh is passionate about assisting people to reach their goals in the minimum of time. She is an experienced Sports Psychologist who has worked extensively with professional and amateur athletes.
Niamh Flynn is the Managing Director of Bodywatch Limited. The company ( www.bodywatch.com ) was established in 1997.
Niamh is an experienced Sports Psychologist specialising in Hypnotherapy. Having worked extensively with professional and amateur athletes, her biggest pleasure is assisting people to reach their goals in the minimum of time. As well as enabling athletes to achieve their sporting goals, she has considerable experience working with individuals who want to achieve business goals, lose weight, stop smoking and eliminate anxiety.
Niamh has a Masters in Sports Medicine (MMEDSCI) from the University of Sheffield, a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Michael Smurfit Business School UCD, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (BA), a Diploma in Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy (DHP) and is a certified instructor (CI) with the National Guild of Hypnotherapists (NGH).
